A 2-year fellowship for Assistant and Associate Professors

About this Program

The Mike and Linda Morris Leadership Development Program is a professional faculty development fellowship focused on future leaders at the rank of assistant and associate professor in the College of Medicine.

During this two-year fellowship, recipients will attend a formal recognized leadership program of their choice, will be assigned to work on existing or special projects in their designated specialty/area of emphasis under the direction of the leadership of the College of Medicine, and will receive mentorship from one or more members of the leadership of the College of Medicine and The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

The Fellowship program is funded by a charitable trust established by the Morris family and may be used to support registration fees and other approved travel expenses to pursue training within the University, at another university, a professional society or any other nationally recognized training program. Award amount will vary based on the program chosen by the fellow. Applications for the 2025-2027 fellowship are due May 31st, 2025. Candidates will be notified in mid-June about their acceptance to the program.
